Implants with the help of a three-dimensional computer-aided technology

Come to the Musenhof Clinics and profit directly from the advantages that such a high tech technology offers you!

In the first step, our dental technicians decide for the ideal position of the tooth in regard to aesthetic and function. The following three-dimensional X-ray examination takes place in the exclusive atmosphere of our Musenhof Clinic for Aesthetic Dental Surgery. This means, you do not have to make a visit at an external radiologist. We work with the newest digital volume tomography technology (dvt) which resembles a computer tomography, but the dose of radiation is much less.

Data of the X-ray examination is read into a software program for planning the implant. The future tooth position is determined together with a perfectly fitted position of the implant. Our experienced dental specialists can evaluate the bone substance and position the implants with millimetre precision three-dimensionally, saving the neighbouring teeth and protecting sensitive structures, e.g. nerves and maxillary sinus.

In the dental laboratory, the ideal position of the implant, found by the 3D-computer simulation, is translated in a drilling template which precisely guides the instruments when inserting the implants. Here, the transfer of the three-dimensional implant planning from the virtual to the real world takes place.

By doing so, the dental specialists at the Musenhof Clinics are able to perform the implantation minimally invasive and at a minimal degree of discomfort.

This procedure has become a routine in the Musenhof Clinic for Aesthetic Dental Surgery in the meantime. Implants are not only inserted quickly and minimally invasive, but the optimal positioning of the implants ensures a long life expectancy and an aesthetic and natural look of your new teeth.
